These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lockly mobile application (“Lockly” or the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Lockly provides tools for private browsing and secure storage, but does not control or monitor the content you access or store. You are solely responsible for:

The Lockly name, logo, design, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law.
Lockly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lockly at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or used the App in an unlawful or harmful manner.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
We may update or modify Lockly from time to time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the App after changes to the Terms are posted means you accept those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that apply in your country or region, unless local laws provide otherwise.
